In its operations,
AITech-Assinform receives the
invaluable support of its Members
through the activities of the following
working groups:
LEGAL
The
Legal Working Group analyses key Italian
and international legislation relating
to the ICT sector and defines AITech-Assinform’s
official position with regard to laws
of greatest interest in Italy.
ESERVICES
The working group is about the market
of those services, applications and
projects, to support the companies
who promote ebusiness projects.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
The working
group's activities comprise:
industry
monitoring and data processing,
including analysis of market deregulation,
in coordination with Net Consulting,
which assists in the preparation
of the Report;
study
of developments in technology and
applications, and assessment of
their impact on standards and the
market;
regulatory
changes on the European and Italian
telecommunications markets;
study of the
development of the broadband, including
related laws.
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The AITech-Assinform Public Administration
Commission processes association applications
concerning the pubic sector and presents
them to the relevant bodies and institutions,
with whom it is in constant contact
(Government, AIPA, central state administration,
local government, political parties,
trades unions).
The PA Commission attaches particular
importance to local PA issues; due to
the several egovernment plans existing
at regional level.
EBUSINESS
This working group has been set up
to:
keep Member Companies informed
about current initiatives;
establish the Association's position
regarding eBusiness e and recommend
regulations to the Government and
Parliament to promote the spread
of eBusiness in Italy;
develop eBusiness plans, supporting
single enterprises but also Agencies
of entrepreneurial representation
(Territorial Associations, Districts,
Chambers of Commerce) promoting
initiatives of eBusiness development
for their associated.
TRAINING/EMPLOYMENT
The activities of the training/employment
workgroup cover:
preparation and processing of
the survey of ICT employment in
Italy, with a special focus on identifying
new professional figures and verifying
current industry data;
co-operation with training bodies,
in particular universities, to study
and develop training to meet the
specific needs and requirements
of the ICT market.
